985 Euro not paid from 28th of January 2021

I requested 1980 eur withdrawal separated in 2 parts (995 and 985 EUR) on 28 january 2021, but until today 985 euro is still not processed and shown as pending on casino site (67 days). All payment details are usual - same card I used many times to deposit and to withdraw before.

When I contacted support I received this answer "Your withdrawal request is currently in the process of being processed.I send your request again.At the moment, the Finance Department is under heavy load.."

The answers by support are the same every time.


I'd like to receive my winnings as soon as possible as 67 days is enough waiting for me.
