Last time I got help here so I do not want to waste my time with casino CSR and file another complaint.
After I made a withdrawal on the 17th of Aug I was asked from casino Plex to provide them a lot of different documents, including notarized copy of my ID, that has to be sent by mail. It cost me approximately $100. I have sent them everything they asked and all my documents were accepted. I got an e-mail from casino Plex on the 5th of Sep that now I can make a withdrawal again. That is exactly what I did. Today is 16th of Sep and I'm still waiting my winnings ($1969.65).
