Another Delayed Payment


This is the second delayed payment I have had with Silver Oak Casino. My withdrawal of $2170 was approved on July 1st. It is now 13 business days later and NO payment. I chatted with a representative from the withdrawal department at Silver Oak Casino and they said my withdrawal was sent to the third party processor. Wow! That's great, however, in their terms and conditions it states 7-10 business days for withdrawal to be approved and your payment will be made within 7 business days. It is now 13 business days after the 1st and NO PAYMENT. My best guess will be a representative from Silver Oak will state rest assured you will be notified as soon as your payment is being delivered. I am not rest assured. All I want is to be paid in a timely fashion as stated in their terms and conditions and not be given excuses on why it is taking over a month to receive a payment.

I checked into this and from FedEx tracking, I can see your payment was delivered just after you posted this. We sent you the tracking info last Friday, so I'm not certain if perhaps you did not see the email?
