Aladdins Gold slow pay

This is the third time I had to file this complaint. They seem to disapear. So here goes, I cashed out in June at Aladdins Gold and have not received my money yet. I write to casino support but get no reply. I don't know what has happend but I think its been long enough....jw

This has already been raised,discussed and confirmed by you as solved. Plus you keep on raising the same issue over and over not just at this site but also at others..



Should you require any help we have a support team waiting to deal with you.

I have not recieved a cash out I took on June 24th. I took your word to the fact it was coming. So Aladdin's thinks to question not being paid is wrong! Well I will never play there again. And to your support , its the worst I've seen. Take a look how much I spend, and you think I complain to much. How about you let me play and I'll pay you (maybe) in 31 days. Not likely! You just lost a good player.....jw

I am a new representative and I am going through old complaints that are left unresolved.

I can see that the payment was made and received so I think we can mark this as resolved unless you wish to add anything further?
