Unfairly declined payment, poor customer support


I make this short and sweet.

I tried to withdraw my money... waited for 2 weeks nothing. I contacted CS, ohh you need to send a selfie. Well maybe YOU should tell me!
Selfie sent. I make another withdrawal. Nothing. Contact CS again, ohh you cannot do bank transfer, it has to be via Skrill. Well maybe YOU should tell me!
I make another withdrawal, winning some bets in between, so the amount accumulated to more than 4000Eur. Nothing. Contact CS again. Money is on its way...

Problem is, I apparently played with a higher stake than it is allowed with bonus money. However, I LOST my bonus and my first deposit and transferred more money from my player account. All the money I won was not with bonus money but REAL money without roll over requirements. This is clearly visible and I believe this is only a tactic to delay or refuse payment.

Disregarding the actual issue for a second here, it is unbelievable that the player does not get contacted when problems occur, instead no information at all and the CS also has no idea and sens mails from department to department without finding solutions.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Mr Ringo Casino where it is clearly displayed that player played with a bonus restricted game and also breached a maximum betting amount. Player by these actions violated bonus casino term:

Mr Ringo limits the maximum bet per game from the bonus amount to 5 €, the player is not authorized to exceed the maximum bet amount in the casino while they have an active bonus.

Mr Ringo reserves the right to remove all bonuses and winnings of a player's account, if the following games have been played during an active bonus: Table Games, Live Casino games, Jackpots games, and the following Slot games: Champion Of The track, Lucky Angler, Book Of Dead, Big Bang, Aliens, Devil's Delight, Relic Raiders, Robin Hood, The Wishmaster, Eggomatic, Scrooged, Dead or Alive and Tower Quest.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In the case of a disagreement with our decision, we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Mr Ringo Casino.

I am going to say the same thing again, I LOST all bonus money (please also provide the information), I NEVER managed to do the roll over reqirements and therefore, after a bad run just decided to blow it and play with real money after losing all bonus money.
The money in my account was ALWAYS won with real money as were the two sports bets!
