I win about 200 euros or more, from 30 euro sign up bonus, complete all wagering requements, make a deposit , when i want to withdraw i see restrictions on my accout, because i see what documentation is needed before i can make a withdraw procedure, ok i send all documents, after 10 days i recieve a message: "youre account is updated and you may make a withdraw now" , they review my account and remove all winnigs more than 200 and 50 my deposit from my account ,they remove all restrictions and i make a withdraw, then after 3 days i recieve message what my documents(which was already accepted) are rejected now, lol , now i cant logon on my account , it is unacceptable policy to customers! please unlock my account back ! i think I think it happened because of misunderstandings when they recieve my messages, Joan from Winner support accept my documents , update my account and remove restrictions, but then Cjay lock my account i dont now really why the do that , i can make a selfshoot with my documents for you or for Winner support team(if it needed), and documents which i send was extreemelly high quality, so please unlock my account
