10Bet Casino - Account verification is taking forever, support is unresponsive

This company has just stopped responding to emails! I have provided all documents and done everything from my side but are now restricting me withdrawing $1500 which is rightfully mine.
This is disgusting and highly frustrating. Without a live chat everything is extremely slow and is now non existent. All I get is an auto response and no further action!

I have provided all documents and card copies so there is no reason for any further delay.
