Paris Casino - Account closed and refused to pay 1500 € for wrong reasons

Since few weeks I play and win on this site. This week I try to connect many times without success.
After a chat session with the support they tell me that I break some rules (many account from same connection address).
But I play alone at my home...

When I ask for more details they tell me that they cannot because the other(s) account(s) are not at my name (for sure I play alone and nobody has account...).

They refused to refund and they have definitively closed my account...

Help me please!!

You are serious...!!! OMG, we are neighbor!
For sure we have the same postal address, it's him that tell me about your website.
We some time play together, but WE DO NOT live together!!!

All is coming clear now. It's an unbelievable story... He tell me that you have block his account too. I deposit a complain on this site on his recommend!

Which rules we break??? We are neighbor. As I can read on the rules, it's not forbid to recommend your web site and play with our neighbor...

Please can you advice your manager. We are treated like cheater, but we are just 2 honest neighbors which have the gaming passion...

Thanks to advice your manager that it is a BIGGGG error and check deeper to change their decision with these new informations.

We consider this complaint unresolved. Casino management didn't sent evidence to support their statement regarding this complaint.
