I made a deposit about a month ago with and their welcome bonus term said i had to rollover 12 time the initial deposit and bonus (1000 +500) x12= 18000 RON. And that i have two months to do that. In the last month i spent a lot of time and nerves trying to accomplish that and when i was very close ( the remaining amount to rollover was 500 ron –about 3% and more that a moth to do that) they restricted my access. I mention that my bankroll was slighltly on the plus side with a total of around 1700 RON (so my initial 1000 +500 bonus and a little profit). They say that they have problems with the romanian license and the only possibility is to request a withdraw in the next 30 days. So i guess they are not going to regain any license too soon. But they find a scam that my real money bankroll is only 192 and the bonus is 1500 and that is not withdrawable. This is abusive as they cut my access before i can accomplish the rollover even though i was very close (i made about 97% of it in half the time they stated in teh terms and conditions). In the worst case they should return my initial investment as they did not offered me correct conditions to rollover the bonus.

Basically they get my money and after that the cut me off even though i did not brake any rules . It is abusive and all the betting communitues should know what sorry scam is that company.

It is not my fault that they have license problems. I can understand that, if it is true. But i can’t accept that they will take even my initial money, insetad of paying me all. They may have rights not to give me the bonus and the profit . But they did not offered me a fiar and square game. I did not break any rules.

It looks something changed and they say will pay me my deposit and a part of my winnings. A total of 1333 RON. We'll see what happens.

Today i received the amount of 1333. I can't say that i am happy because i lost some money with this problem , but it is ok. I consider the complaint resolved and i thank Netbet for their cooperation.
