Good morning,

I registered at 7BIT Casino using your website (ASKGAMBLERS) and took advantage of the AGcoin promotion.

I managed to win 90 euros, which I wanted to withdraw.

7BIT support told me to verify my account, which I did.

I sent an ID card, an address receipt, and a skrill account dump. I wanted to request payment, but I was also ordered to send a selfie with an ID card and note on a piece of paper. I did it too.

After requesting a withdrawal using the Noursuff method, I received an email saying that my account was blocked and the withdrawal was canceled.

A duplicate account was given as a reason, although I have never registered at this casino. I met them for the first time on your website.

I am asking for help in recovering my winnings and unblocking my account.

I was cheated and the casino was having problems at the time of withdrawal. A site like Askgamblers.com should not tolerate such scams.

We pulled up your account carefully, as it has been closed due to the violation of T&C as duplicate accounts cannot be honored at 7bitCasino. Moreover, our system flagged your account using a VPN which is not a restriction here but is not allowed either when it comes to the violation of Bonus Terms&Conditions playing with a bonus.

Besides, we noticed you signed up for your account through the affiliate link and took advantage of a non-deposit bonus called AGCoin no deposit free cash €10 which is restricted for players from Poland to be claimed. Although, VPN usage was flagged and your winning has been deducted and the account remains permanently closed.
