I have been waiting for a cheque for 6 weeks ? With no payment?

I have spent hours trying to chat to customer services but no payment!
They asked mefor my banking details 1 week ago which i handed over to the casino but now no responce to my emails just nothing?

The complaint has been reopened as per Planet 7 Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give this case one more try and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory resolution.

I'm so incredibly sorry--I asked AskGamblers to re-open this and I didn't realize it had already been re-opened. I'm not in the office until morning, but as soon as I get in, I'll dig into your issue straight away and report back to you later in the day.
