Captain Jack Casino - 3 Months of Stalling Payments

I have a $200 approved withdrawal request on Dec. 22, 2015 and a $100 approved withdrawal request on Jan. 29, 2016. I continue to get the run around. They told me 5 days ago it has been escalated and somebody would be in touch the next day. Of course I heard nothing. I contacted William today via live chat, I again get the run around. He tells me "you can try to reach someone on Monday, if you want to." I have been waiting 3 months for a withdrawal but they take my deposits in 3 seconds.

I am a member of several of their sites. I have submitted all the proper paper work. Just ridiculous. It sure will be nice when USA players have some protection from sites like this.

I'm sorry for the delays with this and I completely understand your frustration with all this.

Your payment has been sent off and we're just waiting on the tracking, now. I would expect to receive the tracking in the next few days--generally by the time we have tracking, the payment is already delivered.

I promise--your payment is on it's way. ;-)
