10Bet Casino - 2 months later still no sign from my ‎€600 withdrawal

I have been waiting since 29.01 for my 600euro withdrawal.

I made deposit with bonus, and wagered everything. After this i sent in all the documents for verification. And contacted customer service to make sure everything was accepted, and IT was.

I made withdrawal and they approved IT, after waiting a while i contacted them and they Said the money had been sent.
Waited some more and contacted them again, and they provided me with a receipt from the casino that they made the payout, for me to contact my bank with this New information.

My bank NORDEA then tells me that this is not a receipt from their bank that the funds were sent, but only a receipt 10bet made that can easy be deleted after they generate it.

I have sent over 20 email with them. All i get is that the case is being reviewed by the highest autorothy.
They appriciate my patiens, and that they Will get back to me when they have New information. Problem is, they never do..

I did everything right. Following rules, wagering, account. I hope u can try help me as well. I contacted the licence holder MGA as well. Since 10bet have to interest to Resolve this.

Please help me
