Planet 7 Casino - $2500 payment not received

My withdrawl request for $2500 was approved on September 1. I was told 7 business days. On September 13, I was told in a live chat that my case had been escalated and that Planet7 was still "waiting for the confirmation from the processor." I emailed them on Sept. 19, after still not receiving payment, with no response. In the meantime, around the 14th of September, I was no longer able to play video poker via their instant play. The have insisted the problem is with cookies, etc., in my browser, although I have tried on several different computers. Ironically, instant play video poker is where I won my money. I like the site and have had fun playing there, but recent events have made me very skeptical. I am submitting this complaint on September 24.

I'm sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see your payment has already been initiated and should be reflected in your account already--if not, it should be there no later than Monday or Tuesday, next week.

Regarding the video poker issue, there is nothing on our side blocking you from playing, so I really cannot say what the problem is.

My sincere thanks to Askgamblers for helping with my issue. Also, thank you to Planet7 for making good on my withdrawal request. However, my withdrawal was for $2,500, and my wire transfer was only for $2,326.93 from Planet7. When I asked why on a live chat yesterday, they told me funds were removed from a bonus I redeemed in August, a bonus that was actually lost in total along with my according deposit. My requested funds were won with an entirely different deposit and bonus. When I originally requested the $2,500 of note here, I had a balance of over $5,000. The casino immediately deducted the original bonus and deposit from my remaining active casino account balance. In a live chat at the time of the withdrawal request, I was assured that no further deductions would occur--specifically to the $2,500 bonus requested at the time, and for any further withdrawal requests regarding that particular deposit. As I see it, and with copies of live chat transcripts supporting my claims, Planet7 still owes me $173,04,

My issues with Planet7 have been solved. Thank you to Askgamblers and Planet7 for taking care of this. Planet7 held up its end of the bargain, and Askgamblers was above and beyond. This matter is completed.
