My withdrawl request for $2500 was approved on September 1. I was told 7 business days. On September 13, I was told in a live chat that my case had been escalated and that Planet7 was still "waiting for the confirmation from the processor." I emailed them on Sept. 19, after still not receiving payment, with no response. In the meantime, around the 14th of September, I was no longer able to play video poker via their instant play. The have insisted the problem is with cookies, etc., in my browser, although I have tried on several different computers. Ironically, instant play video poker is where I won my money. I like the site and have had fun playing there, but recent events have made me very skeptical. I am submitting this complaint on September 24.
