I have been waiting for a withdrawl of 475gbp for over 6 weeks following acceptance of security documents. No responce to multiple emails.

I see there are a few like this. I hope no one else uses this service and receives the same treatment

The player did receive his payments late, due to receiving approved documents. But the player was paid. Casino management apologies for longer waiting times here in that particular case. We constantly improve our casino features and payment processes, to have the player experience on the highest level possible.
