It has been 20 days since I turned my €10 (no bonus) into €5150, yet I’ve only received €1100 so far. Up until today I really have given the casino the benefit of the doubt, until I got told a 5th different reason as to why it hasn’t been processed. The Casino Support team tell me they can’t access the info as it’s within the finance department, then they told me there was a problem with Skrill (even though I had received the €1500 with Skrill 24 hours beforehand), then I got told they changed banks and were encountering unexpected delays (😐 really?), then I got asked to make a deposit with VISA so I could withdrawal via VISA for “quicker processing” (I explained this meant me having to go open a whole new bank account as I don’t have a VISA card nor does my bank have this option), then I got told everything is in check it’s just a matter of it being my turn in the queue, to which I explained that if that was the case they skipped me atleast twice because my first two withdrawals were the €1500 ones and they should have been done first, not €1100 & €400 ( the two smaller ones have been processed). The Customer Support team are lovely but it seems like their job consists of covering up for a team who aren’t doing their job or maybe just don’t have the funds to pay.
Every time I make a point about their incorrect ‘reasons’ I get the standard “I can ensure you the Finance Dept. is doing everything to process your withdrawal request as soon as possible” response.
It’s a real shame because I was so so so excited to have won this large amount of money (especially off €10!!), but now I’m filled with doubt that I’ll even get the money and it’s really taken away the excitement for me.
