Silver Oak Casino - Waiting 2 months for my payment

I submitted a payout on Aug 20th and today is Oct 29th and still have not received my money. I have done a payout with them already so all my documents are filed. And they even told me via chat tonight as well as an email on that day that my payment was approved on Oct 12th. And today in the chat I replied "today is the 29th", and they sent me back a response that said if I had any issues to contact the withdrawal department during their hours. And then never responded again on in the chat after that. What customer service they give. You can give them $$$ in minutes and they cant even pay you in a month! $800 dollars!

I am still waiting. They approved my payout on 10/12/15 and they claim to have sent it to me as a direct deposit and I was told another 7-10 business days. Another 2 weeks minimum that means because they never do anything until the 10th business day when they say that.
