2 Month Delayed Payment


Good Afternoon,

I won $1,000 playing Keno and I requested a withdrawal. That was over two months ago.

My withdrawal was approved for around $800. I've been emailing back and forth with Ally. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered a bank wire.

I emailed her all the pertinent information and it's been over a month and still no payment.

I've tried reaching out to her numerous times, but she is no longer responding. When I try to speak with someone on the chat, they never give me any information.

At this point I don't even know if I will ever get the funds.

All I know is I will never again deposit a single cent on Planet 7 because they don't pay. I should have researched the site before joining.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your wire was already initiated--I would imagine if you've not yet received it, it should be reflected in your bank account no later than early next week.

I'd appreciate it if you can confirm that you've received the payment.
