150 Euro Not Paid & Ignored

I had the E130 no deposit bonus, and I successfully played it through the WR. I had funds of over E2,000 but the max withdrawal was E150 which was fine. I tried to withdraw and it wouldn't let me. Assuming that this needed a deposit, I deposited via Neteller and it completely cancelled the No Deposit Bonus and now the casino aren't responding to my emails. I am now fully verified, which they made sure I did but they ignore all my emails about the withdrawal of the E150. This shows my profit being E2,495.00 BUT NO PAYOUT OF ANYTHING!

I have still not heard anything off the relevant department. This isn't alot to be paid and it should be pretty simple to resolve. I will kindly praise the casino should this be resolved.

This is incorrect as it was the deposit which cancelled off the bonus!
