I have made a withdrawal request of £2500 from this company and for some reason they don’t seem to want to pay up. I have since self excluded as I’m going through money problems and have fell behind on some bills. This payment would help me massively but instead it’s contributing to financial hardship. I have sent all ID that they have requested and I just keep getting fobbed off
