I have registered on 10bet about 8 month ago and successfully passed verification process. I made more than 50 bets during this time, made more than 10 deposits and requested many withdrawals, which were all processed without delays. So I havent faced any problems with 10bet until 6th of August 2018, when I requested withdrawal of 2000EUR. Next day on 7th August I requested another 1000EUR and on 8th of August I requested last withdrawal of 500EUR.(total amount 3500EUR)
After 24h(previous withdrawals were processed in 24h) of pending withdrawals, I started to become a little bit nervous. I asked them when you will proceed at least one withdrawal, they told that I shouldnt be worried, withdrawal will be processed very soon in 24h-48h. After 48h passed, still no money on my skrill account.
Then they asked me to provide me with additional documents, which I successfully done. Now passed already 20 days since I requested my first withdrawal, they tell that they are still reviewing my case and couldnt provide timeframe when they will proceed withdrawals.

Really hope that you can help me to resolve this problem.
