I initially won these monies over 10 weeks ago, that is 70 days ago... I had my verification qualified over 8 weeks ago by online support person named Stefan. I have been told about 100 - 110 times by online support persons, Stefan, Patrik, George, Smith, Thomas, the list is endless, more than 15 times each, ( I have saved Transcripts from our online chats, if copies will help) t hat my money will be paid will Friday... Friday comes and I get told that the finance team don't work weekends, please wait while Monday, why they don't say, till Monday riles me somewhat, but Hey, not getting what I am entitled to riles me a little more.... How can they get away with this customer service...I have not had one email... I have not had one Phone call, nothing in 10 weeks apart from, ( your payment will be soon... how can 10 weeks be soon in any bodies language...
I am not to worried about the money I am owed, although it is substancial, It is the way I have been treated... I have contacted EURO PLAY everyday and have been fobbed off in no uncertain terms and in return I have received NO email No phone call in nearly 3 months...
I have transcripts if required from recent chats...
Please email me if you can help otherwise I will try the criminal acts route... If I do receive an email or a phone call from you, it will be more than I receive from EURO PLAY in almost 3 months...
