Ten Suns is another Oriental-themed game, a non-favourable themed game for me unfortunately. The overall presentation has a warm red tonation, not really to my liking, as I like more subdued or pastel colours - subdued but must be vibrant enough. Anyway, this is yet another Rival game that has non-paying Wild, Scatter and Bonus symbols, with low win values for all the other regular symbols, making for another early disappointment for me.
The Warrior, the Wild symbol, only appears on reels 2, 3 and 4, and expands with any wins, in the direction of the shown arrow - either up, down, left or right. The Dragon is the Scatter symbol, getting 3, 4 or 5 of which award 5, 7 or 10 free spins, but with no multipliers! What the argh! The free spins are not even guaranteed-win spins, so expect to get zero wins a couple of times! Only high symbols are in play during the free spins, for slightly better wins no doubt, but without any multipliers, don't count on getting good big wins too much!
The Treasure Chest is the Bonus symbol, triggering a 'Pick N Click' Bonus game, whereby you pick one of the three Chests to win a cash prize. Again, do not expect to get good wins from this feature, except for the usual up to 20x total bet wins.
I was lucky enough to get a decent 102x win in one of the Free Spins games, but upon getting that win, I gave it a few more spins, which came in empty as expected, so I quickly quit playing Ten Suns altogether. Would I play it again on some other occasion? Not likely ever!
