They offer a bonus with no deposit but it required a deposit before payout but when you win and want your money out they just take it and say its a bonus and you can't get the money Even if you deposit as they say in the bonus requirement. It's a scham you will never got your money out. And customer service is so bad when you try to chat with them and ask about your money they shot Down connection. Don't play here if you want to get your money cashout!!!!

Was not given the chance to find out, I was told I couldn't have the sign up bonus that is offered on multiple sites.

Treasure Mile Casino has put out a bonus code of 100FREE for a $100 no deposit bonus with a max cashout of $300 on https://casinobonus2.co/no-deposit-bonus/tag/100free/. Well when trying to claim this bonus I get a message that says i cannot claim this bonus. I get in touch with the customer service associates of Kim Stewart and a fella named Steven and they say since I have used bonus codes at other casinos in their "Group" that I am not eligible for this bonus. After some argument they were going to give it to me but without any chance of withdraw if I met playthrough. Well in their Terms and Conditions it clearly states:

" 8.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void. "

So It doesn't say making a purchase from their network, it states from the "specific casino in question"
Therefore Treasure Mile Casino and its employees are a bunch of cheating dishonest people. In my opinion. But my opinion is backed up by their own Terms and Conditions.

I do like a lot of the games offered, but would like to see more. 24-hour communication with customer support. The website is user-friendly.

Payout restrictions on winnings. Also, I made a withdraw request on 3-7-2019 at 5 am in the amount of $2500. (I am at the silver level) I received confirmation within 5 minutes and it said that withdraws are processed daily and can take up to 72 hours. It is now 3-21-2019 and I keep getting the runaround from various operators regarding technical difficulties with their processor. No one will confirm a payment date on my winnings including Cody who is one of the customer support managers. I'm not sure what is going on there and why customer support can't give me a straight answer, but I'm thinking I will not be getting paid based on this bad business practice I am dealing with from TreasureMile. I was told today that no one in the finance department was in today and they only pay out on Monday's and Thursday's.

Also, I am not getting any real explanation as to why only 1/6 of my withdrawal was processed when I won it with no match bonus or anything. The other 2500 is still pending even. Please give me a real explanation, and send my money.

In my case I deposited $50 USD and entered the code for 100% match deposit and the deposit went thru fine but I noticed that my balance was still only $50 so I contacted Live Support and was immediately greeted by courteous and professional gentle man Stevan I believe his name was and who immediately rectified my problem and went so far as to call me to confirm my account as well welcome me to casino.

I was told the bonus I was given was 100% match and 30 Free Spins on some game 35x play thru no max limit.
I played only 3 or 4 of the slot games they offered but I play for at least 3 hours on my $100 and gradually grew that to $400. So far I have liked every part.
Support - every person I have talked to is extremely helpful, not to mention they seem to have a genuine desire to be helpful. I think if they are able to assist with what we're wanting then they will do it very considerate service. It's like they appreciate you spending your dollar with them. The way customer service should be but rarely seen these days.

Have not had to withdraw yet but I did send in all documentation and they did confirm that all was sufficient . My personal review here will be a kind of entertaining cause they’re excellent on being friendly to their players another is that they’re quick and skillful they truly know what they’re doing! Treasure Mile is another Betonsoft powered casino I joined this month. I am not the biggest fan of their games, but I saw some free chip and decided to claim it.

Since I have an account in their affiliates, I just activated my account in Treasure Mile and was ready to play. I went to cashier and when I redeemed the code, it showed I wasn't eligible for it. Then I had some talk with elfs aka their support- I have to say I talked with them about 10 minutes and they made me smile the whole time. It was few days before Christmas and the support was very festive (they introduced themselves as elfs from South pole), so nice. Unfortunately there wasn't any no deposit bonus I could claim, but they offered me something else - 100% match up bonus and 25 free spins afterwards. I decided to take this offer.

I made a minimum deposit of 20€ and started to play with 40€ in my balance. With that I went to play Roll Up slot. It seemed carnival like and has 9 paylines, so I placed 0.27€ bets per spin and played 50 autospins. Soon after I had started the autoplay, I won 30free spins. I expected there to be a multiplier, but the free spins were played as regular game without multiplier, and resulted in a 1.11€ win which is super small for so many spins. In the regular spins that had left in autoplay mostly small wins like 0.12€ appeared and after the autospins ended my balance had went down for 7€. I didn't really enjoy this game and it didn't pay as much as I would like, so I switched to play Fistful of Dollars.
