Not honoring their own withdrawal limits

It has been about 3 weeks since I requested 998.82$ withdrawal. In the chat nobody is helping me even so I was reaching them. When I ask questions I never received answers and they always try to find way around as a excuse not to play on time or not to pay at all. When I send docs and on bank account is my husband name also. They said that card was used with his name . They gave me last 4 digits which was totally wrong . He doesn't have that number on a card. I ask them to prove when transaction was made and no answer of course
