Verification stuck in limbo for 16 days
Hi,

My account is currently on limbo with verification for seemingly unknown reasons. I received a KYC request on 18.11.2024 to which i provided requested documents on the same day. They were accepted via site, and my account still remains unverified. This means i'm also unable to withdraw my funds valued 1900€ as the withdraw requests get automatically cancelled after 3 days each

Timeline:
- 18.11. 2024 my account received a KYC verification request. I provided all documents requested and they were accepted.

- 20.11.2024 I contacted Talismania support via email to confirm i had provided all documents correctly. The support response was that the documents were accepted and my account awaits verification.

- 27.11.2024 I contacted Talismania again to ask about the verification. The customer support stated that the verification process is still underway but could not give more information

- 4.12.2024 Today i contacted support again, my account remains unverified. Chat said that they forwarded a note onwards regarding this, and said that there's no 'notes' attached to my account that would visibly show an issue that would require action from me

I'm making this complaint to look for a resolution, as it's now been 16 days since I first provided the documents and the help center states a approximate 1-3 day timeline to verification. I haven't received any notice that something would be missing or that I would have to take any action regarding the verification.

I would like to withdraw my funds, but i'm unable to until verification is complete. My account and funds remain in limbo

They promise you money for voting them to best new casino or best casino. They have really slow withdraws. Really small withdraw limits. Bad license. Most of slots rtp 91%. Not worth even penny.

Nothing good to say as per my experience now. This has taken up a lot of my time and has been truly exhausting. There are better sites to play on for sure!

Poor Customer Support and Bonus Issue

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Talismania Casino due to a lack of communication and an unresolved bonus issue. On September 4, 2024, I deposited 2000 NOK, taking advantage of a 50% deposit bonus promotion (up to 1000 NOK). According to the terms in the promotional email, this bonus was advertised as “free of wager requirements” with no limits on withdrawals other than the daily 5000 NOK cap.

After completing three withdrawals of 5000 NOK each, my account balance was suddenly reduced back to the original deposit amount, and a new bonus was applied to my account. When I contacted support to resolve this, they claimed the bonus had a 5x cashout limit, which applies only to non-deposit bonuses. After I provided evidence of the promotional terms, support later changed their explanation, stating that I hadn’t met wagering requirements, which was also incorrect according to the promotion’s terms.

I submitted a formal complaint to the designated email address on October 25, 2024. Talismania’s stated policy is to respond within 10 days unless additional time is needed. As of today, 7 days have passed since the response deadline with no reply. I have sent five follow-up reminders to both the complaints department and general support, but I still haven’t received any substantive reply or timeline for resolution.

The delays and inconsistent information from support have been frustrating, and I hope Talismania will address these issues in the future to improve transparency, communication, and customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Design of the website is decent. Slot selection is above average as well. Thats about it. There is absolutely nothing more to mention that I consider positive.

Withdrawals are a nightmare. Took 2 weeks to get 2 simple 500€ withdrawals approved. Customer support quick to answer but only uses copy paste phrases and are effectively of no help. I am glad I did not have to go through KYC. Avoid this casino is my advice.

Easy deposits. Lot of different games. Good welcome bonus (actually that probably should have been red flag already). Cool looking user interface (also a bit buggy sometimes).

Hardest verification process I've ever seen in casino, all documents (internet service bill & bank statement, for address proof) I sent were rejected and I was never able to withdraw my winnings.

Poor customer service and chat logs cannot be retrieved afterwards in case you need those for proof to post a complaint about casino.

Sometimes buggy user interface

I activated the "100% up to €200" bonus on my first deposit, but after the deposit the bonus didn't appear.
Only after contacting support, I found out (nothing about this is stated in the bonus conditions) that you have to contact the live chat after you have gambled away your real money in order to receive the bonus!
Apart from the fact that this is more than dubious, my account was blocked due to a translation error without any statement regarding the bonus (I wrote that my account can be blocked if I actually unlawfully do not receive the bonus).
Afterwards there were further chat contacts and two emails asking to reopen my account and activate my bonus, but they deliberately ignored me!

Therefore, warning to everyone who expects a bonus, because if there are problems like this at the beginning, I don't want to know what else goes wrong with Talismania!

Very helpful support. I accidentally turned off the bonus and it was returned to me) . The support is not only willing but above all effective. I was pleasantly surprised.
