The bonus system is terrible , when the bonus code does not work ( which happens frequently) chat can not help the odd time someone miraculously can help issue the bonus, but 9 x out of 10 chat can not help. There response is " I will send this info to the right department ".
This is where I find it frustrating it can take a few days for them to respond.
They also instruct you not to place any bets. 99 % casinos chat can fix the problem, why is skycrown making it so hard to fix their mistake. Although, due to some problems, they were not always issued automatically, and it was a bit annoying. And I had to contact the support service every time, which generaly I didn't really like.
