I trusted her and gambled. won €5000 and now they don’t pay me out. my VIP manager keeps telling me the cash out is approved. The bonus system is terrible , when the bonus code does not work ( which happens frequently) chat can not help the odd time someone miraculously can help issue the bonus, but 9 x out of 10 chat can not help. There response is " I will send this info to the right department ".
This is where I find it frustrating it can take a few days for them to respond.
They also instruct you not to place any bets. 99 % casinos chat can fix the problem, why is skycrown making it so hard to fix their mistake.
