They closed the account because the winnings were greater than the deposited money. But beware! winnings in the table are recorded as withdrawal complied, and summed up with winnings. but the money was sent, I don't know where. That is, they claim that they have been blocked and will not be sent. So why is it complited in the summary and pinned as my sent winnings. Very interesting. I do not recommend. If anyone knows where this is going, I'd be grateful. I have screenshots of what happened before they blocked the account.

Dissatisfying Experience
I recently had a frustrating experience with this platform's verification process. Despite promptly submitting all required paperwork, the process took over 24 hours, and it became apparent that it was initiated only after winning a substantial amount.

The inconsistency in applying terms and conditions is a significant concern. It's disheartening that T&C issues surfaced conveniently after a win, while no problems were raised during previous losses. To add to the disappointment, an arbitrary forfeiture of £1000 occurred, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.

This inconsistency erodes trust, and it's disconcerting to witness a platform seemingly operating by its own rules. I cannot recommend this website and believe a reassessment of its eligibility in the UK market is warranted.

Signed up 3 days ago got the 100% match, the best part about this site compared to no other I know of the wagering starts as soon as you spin so I did 3.5k wagering complete and then hit my 2 biggest ever wins got my balance to 2k ended up withdrawing 1.3. Biggest game choice I've seen also, easy to navigate and the best part my withdrawal was submitted at 10am and accepted by 8pm and sent. Fantastic. Will be my go to choice as long as they offer bonus matches like other sites!

Nothing at all it's the ideal casino site, but I have to write 150 letters so I will keep typing! Still not enough so I will continue typing, and again and again and again

The verification process is a nightmare, sent all documents ask requested but because of an expired card they are now requesting pdf files of my bank statements to prove I deposited with the expired card even though bank statements don't show this information I feel very uncomfortable with this type of request.

Good choice of games including Greentube games and a few other providers

Verification process is a joke, sent documents and got verified and then went to deposit and got message saying not verified. Online chat very unprofessional and clueless. Chat mod called Rudolf self excluded me from all their sites when I simply asked to close one account. I never said I wanted to exclude , simply close due to poor verification process. Avoid this site , I’m currently escalating this to ecogra.

Site looks great Chat was helpful, understanding my concern.

As a Canadian I was able to sign up, deposit and claim free spins for a deposit bonus. So I tried to load some slots, from different providers and was restricted from all slots I tried. Contacted chat and was informed that although I am allowed to sign up and play... there are literally zero slots I am allowed to play. I never tried to load table games so not sure if I'm allowed to play those. I was able to put in for withdrawal despite never playing a penny. Sent in my verification docs, awaiting to return of my deposit.

Games are good although could do with a few new ones, the customer care is tip top, if you need help with anything they are quick to help. Verifying your account is simple and easy (not sure why anybody moans about this process for any casino tbh) had a couple of wins playing here

Hmm dislikes, not sure there's anything I can actually complain about to be fair, I mean there are a couple of slots I've tried to play that wont work says error may have been removed or something similar but it doesn't really matter to me ad I'll just choose a different one to play.

Site looked nice enough, but I didn't get far enough into it to comment further.

I'm all for casinos being vigilant and needing ID. But letting a player register with their full details, (confirming email) Then entering ALL their card details. (including cvv) - Make a deposit (£20) Giving no message as to whether it's been successful or not. And only THEN requesting FULL ID - Stinks.

It's draconian to the point of being a data protection issue and highly unprofessional. Not to asking for ID BEFORE card details are given, thus enabling the customer to choose to continue or not, speaks volumes on how a company sees its customers (and no doubt how it handles it's withdrawal process)

I've accounts with 60 to 70 Casinos and deposited and withdrawn 100's of times. Apart form now, only one other Casino has requested ID from the start, but this was before a deposit, so I did not continue.

I'm legit, I've provided ID dozens of times upon withdrawal. But I do not appreciate this companies approach to it's KYC and AML policies.

ASK FOR ID BEFORE A PLAYER GIVES OVER CARD DETAILS - simple - I feel I cannot trust this Casino for this approach.

The irony of this being a 'British' casino... and me being a Brit, isn't lost on me either!

Find a more user friendly casino.

Not much, 2 times I tried to sign up and encountered difficulties. Customer service fast and efficient.

Boring layout, lame name for a casino (makes you think about Brexit). Won't recommend or bother to play at this casino.

Joined this site about a week ago, deposited around £200 in total over a few days and one evening managed to turn £30 into £1,710!! I withdrew it all of course via Bank Transfer, I received a few emails from Customer Support firstly congratulating me on the win and the size of it, and secondly letting me know I needed to send in my ID Verification Documents, they spoke to me via live chat about what I had to send and that was sorted within 20mins.. Email the next day to let me know that my account was verified and the funds were on the way to my bank! Can't fault there customer service.. everyone has been a great help and willing to answer any questions! For this I believe they have one of the best customer service out there!!

I would say the only negative part is not having the option to use PayPal, very minor though!

Game choice. Pretty much all I can say. Even that could be improved.

They happily allow you to deposit but on the third occasion of trying to withdraw they want absolutely every detail on you apart from your last will and testament. The purposefully make it hard so that they don't have to pay out. Comment on any public forum and they reply trying to sound helpful, speak to the one-on-one and they're completely different. Far better casinos out there, so avoid this one like the plague.

I have been playing now for some weeks and I am positively impressed about almost everything. The games are nice, they have quite a few, the interface works perfect, customer service is friendly, they have a nice player point system that actually gives you real cash, and they offer free spins here and there, but what was most impressing was their pay out and verification procedure.

I was lucky to have a win out after some weeks and asked for a withdrawal. Within a couple of hours they requested documents, within an hour after sending they gave feedback on something missing. The next morning I was verified and one hour after my withdrawal was processed.

Now THAT is something different compared to other casino's where they delay the verification process and keep your funds for 24 or 48 hours allowing you to withdraw. Within about 6 working hours ( as it started mid day) they verified me and paid out. I think they practice and preach customer service and responsible gaming, because I my view quick pay outs prevent you from reversing your withdraw and being tempted to play at higher stakes than your budget allows you or than you intended. Now I can make a deposit again within my normal limits.

Compliments for this casino and its team of professionals

They should increase the number of games. Would like to see play 'n go there for example !

It looks nice. The slots selection is good. The layout is nice.

This is far and away the worst online Casino I have tried. I don't know where to start! You cannot withdraw more than one withdrawal at a time, you must cancel and set a bigger amount. You cannot deposit when you have a withdrawal pending they are looking to get you to cancel your withdrawal. It is glitchy (as reported by many others above - you get kicked out all the time). But for me one of the worst things is that it really markets itself as British and it is nothing of the sort. NETENT Blackjack is always a farce too.

As we are a relative newcomer to the market, we do have some limitations with resources, which are reflected in our withdrawal process. But there are workarounds, and if you want to deposit or make another withdrawal whilst you have a pending withdraw, simply cancel it, then process once again, whether that is withdrawing more or less (to counter balance not being able to deposit).

Please note that with feedback such as this, and constant improvements as we grow as a casino, we will be looking to make improvements all the time. One of which is to our payment methods.

Will do anything to get out of paying any winnings won from bonuses even after completing all wagering requirements, Came across a very rude member of their 'customer service' team whilst trying to politely sort the issue after £75 was taken from my winnings without contacting me first when I tried to withdraw.
I contacted support on their live chat where after a brief discussion I Thanked the member of staff for their help but asked where I could direct a complaint to. To my disgust, Michael (from 'customer support') stated-
"I don't really see what you have to complain about"

Absolutely shocking, This is not the way I expect to be spoken to as a customer especially when I was completely polite.

I have just spoken to the CS agent regarding your contact, they have advised me that the total amount you won was £175, from a no deposit offer. As per our bonus terms and conditions you are only permitted to withdraw up to £100 from any free spins or bonus awarded if you have never deposited at our casino, hence why £75 was forfeited. I hope this clarifies the situation.

Every game apart from netent games had a "unexpected error" occur after a few spins.
Choice is already rather poor on the site so the fact I could only play netent games had made my mind up about this site.

Registered and deposited £10 getting a free £10 bonus play. Used internet explorer and unfortunately I was kicked out of each game I played throughout my spins every 10 or so spins, really frustrating. In the £20 used I had 1 bonus from free spins - I won £1.22!! So the £20 didn't last long at all and game play poor. I decided on another £10 deposit. No decent wins and when I finally got another free spins feature (game cost was 32p per spin) the award for 25 free spins was £1.66!!!! Shockingly poor returns and still problems with getting kicked of games. Really bad experience. Decided to talk to an adviser to report game play issues as I was going to close account, Was advised I would get free spins the next day. Came back the next day and Management had made the decision to close my account anyway!!!! Don't appreciate being ripped off and receiving poor game play. Much better video slot casinos out there. RECOMMEND AVOID THIS SITE.

Netent Games, what I thought was going to be easy withdrawals.

Verification process and delaying tactics, having previously played on this casino I re-registered after a voluntary exclusion period. Lost quite a bit but managed to get most back, paid out the next day.

Second withdrawal makes me slightly up, now all of a sudden they need docs, sent straight away, no response, contacted online chat to be told all docs ok, however a card I used last year that had expired was suddenly required, I asked to escalate to a formal complaint and speak to a manager, subsequent messages done there best to ignore my requests.

Eventually I conceded and sent over a previous copy of my expired debit card.... SURPRISE SURPRISE told it wasn't good enough, even though I have 20 other casinos that accepted this previously. Irritating company, seem to want to delay payments so you reverse them.

Nothing much to say, played at fair better casinos

Netent slots keep disconnecting saying there isn't enough balance. Microgaming keeps disconnecting due to errors.

Didn't receive a deposit bonus because I made a deposit with Skrill (yeah it's in the terms but poorly hidden). Poorly designed website. Very average casino with a lot of issues.

I'm surprised to see All British getting such a hard time here as I've really had no problems with the casino whatsoever. Sure, it's not so remarkable in many ways, but it's a solid casino site with quick withdrawals, good quality support and a decent enough selection of games which means it ticks most of the important boxes for me! The design of the site is simple but feels suitably "British", although I did think the tagline "Great British Excellence" was a little cheeky considering its exactly the same site used for their All Irish and All Australian brands!

I got a nice no deposit welcome offer of 25 free spins on my choice of NetEnt game - albeit from a list of around 20 games - which meant my favourite NetEnt slot Dead or Alive was off the cards but several other good choices were available including Koi Princess and The Invisible Man which are two of my favourite NetEnt games and I decided to split the spins between the two when things didn't go so well after 10 spins on Koi Princess. I eventually finished up with a small balance of around £7 but after burning through that I wasn't ready to give up on my session and so checked out their deposit offers. Earlier on in this month of September, I came across a rather nice welcoming offer from All British Casino in Askgamblers, offering 100 free spins with a first deposit. The initial offer was only for certain European countries, but Askgamblers had an exclusive offer to allow players from other countries to take up the nice offer. Now, I simply cannot refuse an exclusive offer like that, not when 100 free spins is being offered, and exemption given for my country. So I clicked on Askgamblers link to go the the casino's website, filled in the registration form, and got my email validated soon after.

A second email came soon after, requesting me to submit my documents for verification, otherwise I would not be able to make any deposits and could not participate in the welcoming offer. Okay, that's fine with me, so I had my documents sent over via email without much delay. Unfortunately, my utility bill had just exceeded the 3 months validity period, so I had to resubmit a newer copy, which I did the next day. A reply came back stating that the resubmitted document would be passed to the verification team for their approval.

One week passed, no reply from the casino. 2 weeks passed, then I received an email saying that they wanted another proof of my ID, or a copy of a valid passport. I quickly replied back indicating that I do not have any valid passport to submit, and that the ID I had sent was the official government issued ID and has no expiration date. A reply came back a few minutes later, requesting me to submit a new utility bill, as the one I had sent earlier on had exceeded the 3 months validity period. This reminded me of the same blardy problems I had faced at Fruity Casa Casino! I replied back saying that I had resubmitted a newer copy of my utility bill, dated August 2016, which they apparently have not received, which is impossible, because I had their reply stating that the resubmitted document would be passed over to the relevant team for verification. So, here we have yet another example of a casino's right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing, or in other words, the team's INEFFICIENCY! Sheesh!

Nonetheless, I sent again another copy of that utility bill to them, hoping that would resolve all the on-going issues. A few minutes later, yet again, a reply came back saying that the verification team cannot accept my submitted ID and wanted a copy of my passport instead. Don't these people ever read what I have written in my replies to them?! I had told them that I do not have any valid passport to show proof of my identity. That ID is all I have. And the last sentence of that reply states that If my account cannot be verified, they may have to close my account.

Damn! That was the last straw! I took no hesitation at all. I replied back saying that I do not have any valid passport to submit to them, as already mentioned in my earlier reply to them, and told them to close my account as intended. That was done to day. What happens next, is yet to be seen!

Wouldn't it be better to ask me 'what do I like about All British Casino' instead? My answer would be NOTHING! It has been going astray right from day one of my registration at the casino. The two support teams are obviously not in good contact with each other, or something like that, I had to resubmit my documents 3 times, after waiting for over 2 weeks, and yet after all that, my documents weren't acceptable at all to them, which hundreds of other casinos had accepted without any fuss or hassles. I joined All British casino and taken there welcome bonus right away on my account and started playing. I had a nice win on my account and clear wager bonus what was great I sent in my I.D. On my account within 24 hour I had a email saying all good to go and my withdraw was in my bank in a few days.

All British Casino is solely powered by NetEnt software. I stumbled upon this casino while I was looking for some NetEnt powered casinos and that is when I saw this one. So after loading their page which for me didn't look really special but it was decent enough, I was kind of hesitant to make a deposit.

After I looked around I decided to sign up which was a breeze and then I made a minimum deposit of 10 pounds via Neteller. After that I was gonna take the 100% welcome bonus with a wagering requirements of 35x which was ok to me, but then I contacted their support which I have to say are really nice and I found out that because of the country restriction only players from Britain could get that bonus. Honestly I was really disappointing with that answer, but there was little that I could do at that moment, so I just found my way towards the slots and started playing Twin $pin where I managed to increase my balance to 18 pounds in 35 minutes. I kept playing but after a while I started losing my balance so i decided to switch slots and the next slot that I picked was Wonky Wabbits. Usually I had rough starts with this game, but this time it was different since I managed to raise my balance to 30 pounds in just 20 minutes. So I continued playing hoping for some more wilds to appear and grant me a good win, but later on the slot just went cold on me and I started losing my balance pretty quickly. I didn't want to switch slots anymore so I just kept spinning until my balance came to a zero.

Overall this is not a bad casino but i don't think i will be coming back here especially because of the bonus restrictions. 7/10

This casino was new for me because I didn’t know anything about it and I found out on AskGamblers when I saw that they are offering a 100% welcome bonus! I decided to create an account and to make a deposit because they have NetEnt games, one of my favorite games.
