Yep, the beach is the place to go for a wonderful time, no doubt about that. For guys like me, there isn't a better place to drool over gorgeous beach babes. Just seeing them lying there doing nothing, just sunbathing, or seeing them walking along the beach, passing you by, as your eyes follow every step that they take, or watching them play ball games on the sand. Oh gees, now I feel like going to the beach, but I can't, not now anyway, not at 2am in the morning! Hahaha.

What is life without a beach, and what is a beach without those beach babes. Yeah, life's a beach, just as this game here says. Despite being an old game, I like the overall look of it. Simple, with a yellowish colour scheme, and with just enough of other vibrant colours to make the game looks exciting. And that Beach Babe compliments everything very nicely too. She's the Wild symbol, appearing only on reels 2, 3 and 4, but does nothing else other than to substitute for other symbols except the Scatter symbol. A true blue 'd**b' symbol, but I'm not going to say it . Don't wanna make that Beach Babe feels bad, hehehe.

The happy smiling Lifeguard, why shouldn't he be, he's looking after those gorgeous babes, is the Scatter symbol, 5 of which pays 150x the total bet. Get 3 or more of these Scatters trigger a Bonus feature game instead of the usual Free Spins game. Too bad, there isn't any free spins with these beach babes. The Bar Hut pays a marvelous 12,000x the total bet for 5 of them, taking over what the Wild symbols should be paying, the Umbrella pays 1000x, the Radio pays 500, the goggles pay 500x, and the rest paying from 300x to 100x, all per line bet for 5 of each kind. Hmm, just short of being a good paytable, but this is a good average one.

Pity about the lack of free spins though. I would have liked this game so much more. Pick-and-win feature games aren't interesting at all to me, but this is what the Bonus feature game do when you trigger it by getting those 3 Wilds on reels 2, 3 and 4. From the 6 umbrellas on the beach, pick 4 to win cash prizes. Getting a beach ball pays the least, a beach babe the most. If you happened to get only the beach balls, a consolation prize of 2x your bet amount will be awarded. There isn't any indication as to how high the prize might be, but the ones that I've won were all within 30x - 75x my bet amount, which is good actually. It hasn't paid anything below 30x as yet, or maybe I've been lucky all the while, who knows.

I was scanning through the games not so long ago and I spotted the Life`s a Beach and I wanted to give it a try. I got some wins now and then and the bonus symbols were coming out pretty often. After playing for a while I realized that I was at the same level as when I started without any big wins and the game was not giving me any courage to continue playing it. I personally do not like games that do not offer a free spins feature. Even though I know from experience that sometimes even if you get 50 free spins you will not end up rich, but still I like the thrill of waiting to get this exciting feature.

Though, it is a nice slot with very high payout percentage but you need to hit the right symbols to get any wins like it is with any other game. There are lots of sunny and colorful icons on this 5 reel 20 pay line slot run by Microgaming software. Some of the standard symbols include a beach bar, umbrella, stereo, glasses, ace, king, queen, jack, 10 and 9. This is a game for both low stake players and for high stake players. You can start playing with just one penny and go as high as 150 per spin.

There is no free spins feature in this video slot. There is only a bonus game that is triggered when 3 lifeguard symbols appear anywhere on the reels. This is a very simple feature where you have to pick some umbrellas. There are 6 umbrellas on the screen where you have to pick only four in order to reveal a prize. If you are lucky enough to pick the Beach Babe you will get a huge and very generous prize from this slot. Not a game for chasing big wins but great for wagering bonuses.

Life sure can be a Beach, it's just the way it is and playing this game you can find out just how bad it could be. I made a mistake of ignoring the obvious warning and playing this game. I thought the name was quite funny and decided to play. But not so long after I found out that life is a beach and on top of that I have no cash left.
I had around €40 on my account and for some reason could not get any good wins on the games that I like. So scanning through games I spotted this one, it made me laugh so I started playing. Writing this down I realise just how easy it is to make me want to play:)

started on the smallest bet and on the first spin got a couple euros back. It must be a good sign I thought to myself so I kept on spinning. Now and then I'll be getting wins and two bonus symbols were be coming out a lot. My balance was staying the same so I decided to raise the bet. I went from 1 coin, to 3 coins, hoping that the game would pay out. As I kept on spinning I started noticing that the game play was changing for the worst and no wins were coming out. Just when I would want to quit I would get two bonus symbols on the reels, thinking that the bonus was going to come out I would stay playing and continue to lose. After a little while my balance was down to €15 and I had no choice but to put the bet down. I did not want to go back to 1 coin bets, so I left it at two coin bet per spin. Once the bet was lowered some wins started coming out and more bonus symbols were appearing on the reels. In the hopes of bringing myself back I kept on going. Wins would be coming out almost every second spin but they were smaller than my bet. At all times the bonus symbols would be coming out, but never three of them together.

I kind of knew that I needed to change the game but I couldn't. I though that as a good gambler I know when to quit, but soon after my balance was zero. The game kept teasing me throughout the whole journey and even on the last spin it gave me two bonus symbols on the first and third reels, but the third one never came out.
Even though I lost my money I was not upset, because I knew that life is a beach and s*** happens.

My rating is 3 out of 10.

P.S. The best time for a good gambler to stop is, never.
