In the game of Birds Of Paradise, the orange Bird is the Wild symbol, worth a marvelous 10,000x the line bet for 5 of them, and substitutes for other symbols except for the Scatter symbol. Nope, it doesn't double any wins, it doesn't become stacked or expanded, so it's kinda dumb. On the other hand, the 2-legged fair-skinned long-haired bird can make any man go wild, but that's a different story. The Birdnest is the Scatter symbol, with two eggs in it waiting to be hatched, pays 100x the total line bet for 5 of them. Getting 3 or more of these Birdnests trigger 20 free spins with all wins doubled, and more free spins can be retriggered. Hmm, that sounds okay to me. The other symbols in the game pay from 2000x the line bet (Pelican) down to 100x the line bet, for 5 of each kind. A little bit on the low side, but I'll rate the paytable as average nonetheless.
My one and only play on this game wasn't so good unfortunately. The first Free Spins game came after doing about 100 spins, but it paid a lousy 9x my bet amount, with most of the free spins coming in empty or useless. That irritated me. A bad start in any game would always end badly for me. The second Free Spins game came not too far away, after about 80 spins or so, but that too didn't pay well enough, with only a 19x bet win. The best win of the game came very late, almost 260 spins away, but paid a nice 59x my bet amount. That brought my balance back to almost even, and I felt relief. When the next Free Spins game paid lowly again, I quickly quit playing, not willing to take any chances, as I expected the game to start eating back from there on. Better to lose a little bit than to lose all of my credits.
