This place has gone way downhill in the last year. I used to win often and get great support. Treasure Mile Casino has put out a bonus code of 100FREE for a $100 no deposit bonus with a max cashout of $300 on https://casinobonus2.co/no-deposit-bonus/tag/100free/. Well when trying to claim this bonus I get a message that says i cannot claim this bonus. I get in touch with the customer service associates of Kim Stewart and a fella named Steven and they say since I have used bonus codes at other casinos in their "Group" that I am not eligible for this bonus. After some argument they were going to give it to me but without any chance of withdraw if I met playthrough. Well in their Terms and Conditions it clearly states:

" 8.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void. "

So It doesn't say making a purchase from their network, it states from the "specific casino in question"
Therefore Treasure Mile Casino and its employees are a bunch of cheating dishonest people. In my opinion. But my opinion is backed up by their own Terms and Conditions.

I do like a lot of the games offered, but would like to see more. 24-hour communication with customer support. The website is user-friendly.

Payout restrictions on winnings. Also, I made a withdraw request on 3-7-2019 at 5 am in the amount of $2500. (I am at the silver level) I received confirmation within 5 minutes and it said that withdraws are processed daily and can take up to 72 hours. It is now 3-21-2019 and I keep getting the runaround from various operators regarding technical difficulties with their processor. No one will confirm a payment date on my winnings including Cody who is one of the customer support managers. I'm not sure what is going on there and why customer support can't give me a straight answer, but I'm thinking I will not be getting paid based on this bad business practice I am dealing with from TreasureMile. I was told today that no one in the finance department was in today and they only pay out on Monday's and Thursday's.
