My €50 withdrawal request still pending since Dec 26th

On 26th december my verification was approved also I deposited money since then I am still waiting for my withdraw to be completed I have sent email 2 times to finance department and they didnt even reply once. I am asking the support via the live chat everyday and they are saying always the same that they just sent my request to the financial department and nothing else. In the terms of the casino it says that the request should be done within 48 hours. The amount I am waiting to be withdrawn is 50euro
