1000 Eur pending for 79 days already

I requested 1000EUR withdrawal to my card on 17 jan 2021 (79 days ago), but until today it is still not processed and shown as pending on casino site. All payment details are usual - same card I used many times to deposit and to withdraw before.

When I contact support I always get the same answer "We will forward your request to the Financial Department to withdraw your winnings as fast as we can. Please wait a little more." 

I can not wait much more than 79 days at this point so i'd like to have my withdrawal paid by zigzag777 according to zigzag777.com T&C 9.9.2 "within 48 hours."
