Impossible to use Ecopayz as withdrawal method
Hey all,
I have some serious issues with ZigZag777 Casino about cashing out my winnings of 955€.
I deposited via Ecopayz at ZigZag777 Casino on 20.06.2019 and won on slotgames. I sent them on 20.06.2019 my ID and Ecopayz proof in order to verify my account. All my docs got accepted and approved by 21.06.2019. I either requested a withdraw at this time already via Ecopayz or I requested it after I received the email that I am verified. Important note is that I requested the withdraw via Ecopayz, ZigZag777 claims that this option would have not be available which is not true!
Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot for the withdrawal request via Ecopayz, but I have some indicators to proof my story and not theirs. After I send them my docs they replied via email that all necessary docs where sent and that my account is verified. They claim that there was no option Ecopayz, but after some research I found a similar complaint here on askgamblers where Ecopayz were disabled for withdraws and a few days later it was enabled (see screenshot).
After I realized that ZigZag777 is not even trying to help me and suggested me to deposit via Credit Card in order to withdraw to it. So I tried to deposit via my Visa card (minmum deposit of 115€ + deposit fee of 3,45€) which gets declined permanently. They told me that's due restrictions of my country (Germany) what I am highly questioning. Well, next suggestion of them were that I can use Mastercard instead, what I don't have. Next suggestion was to create a new credit card which is really ridiculous.
In summary, I am 100% sure that there was Ecopayz as a withdrawal method which got disabled after I requested a withdrawal with it. After that I was trying to go their way and verify a second deposit method. This failed permanently and I was running out of options. Then I found a similar case with the same problem which got resolved by enabling the method.
In my opinion I have tried everything possible to be able to withdraw my funds and have been really co-oparative. Unfortunately without any succes, therefore I am hoping that Askgamblers can help to find a solution.
