I made a withdrawal of 400eur on 3rd of May and uploaded all the documents the same day. My account was verified the same day as well. However, it has been 13days already and I haven't received my money. Their terms say they process the withdrawal within 48 hours after the account is verified. So they are late 11 days. I contacted chat last week and they told me there were some delays with payments to neteller and the withdrawal should be processed soon. Nothing happened after that. Then I wrote them an email to which I did not receive any reply. Later I contacted chat again and was told the same thing as the first time: here were some delays with payments to neteller and the withdrawal should be processed soon.
Either the casino is having troubles with cash flow or this is their strategy delaying the payments. In either case they are not meeting their own terms and conditions.
