On the 28th of October I finally heard back on my account after submitting my documents in August for my verification. I was told in this email that everything had been verified and that my $100 withdrawal request through neteller would be processed and may take up to 14 working days. 15 working days later I mail them to which I get a response stating that they have recieved it and will follow up an get bak to me. So I called them, this was where a consultant told me that I needed to update my profile and submit a withdrawal ticket. Which has all been done months ago and I had even gotten a mail back saying it had been received.... This casino seems to be a waste of time scam...

Unfortunately No I have sent emails through. Spoken to the agents within the casino platform and still no email replies and my funds still remain in my casino account.

On the 28/10/2014 this was the email I got Thank you for contacting us.

Since then I have made 2 follow ups after the 14 working days and both responses from the casino were as follows As previously mentioned, We have sent a request to our processor regarding your withdrawal, once they update us with the details we will send you an email with all the information.

There are no issues reported, so your withdrawal is being processed accordingly.
