Hello,

i play for almost a month on zigzag77, my account was verified and also my neteller account. have played almost every day on this casino, i was lucky to win 500 euro, so i requested a withdrawal and after two hours received my money without any problem.

Today have deposit 30 euro an i have won 1100 euro, when i have tried to withdraw 1000 euro, i was unable to found Neteller as a withdrawal method, so i contacted live chat, the person was very polite and informed me that the only option to withdraw money is to a credit card. i have informed her that i don't have an international credit card and the only way is to receive my money in the same method of payment that i use to deposit.

I never seen a casino who accept money from a payment method and refuse to pay on it, especially when i was able to receive my money on neteller three weeks ago.

i would like just to receive my money on neteller as i have deposit with it today

They are working on this and are trying to fix this as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimate time frame so as our support tried to explain you, we will contact you via email when it would be possible to withdraw via Neteller again, or, in case you want your funds withdrawn right away, you can use a Visa Card.

I am checking your statistics at this moment and I see you cancelled your withdrawal request and played the amount you had. As your last bet was on 2017-04-29 15:25:14 (GMT Time) and your ballance is close to 0, I would ask AG Stuff to reject this complaint as it doesn't define the real situation at the moment.

Considering the information and screenshots provided on behalf the Zig Zag 777 Casino management, it is now obvious that player reversed their payment and played it back until the whole amount was lost. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
