hi my complaint is that i made a withdrawal of £14,900 on the 1/10/17 and today on 11/10/17 still not been processed, as you can see in attached file its still processing, this is not my 1st big withdrawal with mansion and i have done all the verifications and not took any bonuses at all. mansions withdrawal terms and conditions state big withdrawals take 5 working days we have now gone past this. i also still have £12,993.53 left on mansion balance so yes this is a big amount of money they have of mine and im getting stressed and worried, spoke to one of the account managers on mansion today who just stated the withdrawal was on hold being reviewed could not tell me why and how long till processed please help me

Dear Tahir,
Mansion Casino is licenced by the UKGC and sometimes we are required by our licence to conduct additional checks on players depending on their activity.
In the case of your account you were subject to these additional checks which we communicated to you and you engaged in the process with us to complete those checks – which we thank you for.
Once those checks were completed - your withdrawal was processed on the 13th October and the balance you have remaining was left untouched.
Whilst we understand that these processes can be frustrating for players, we have to abide by our licence requirements as set out by our regulator which we communicated to you. As mentioned previously once the checks were completed we processed the withdrawal back to your bank account.
