Withdrawal of €1,225.70 unjustly confiscated


I made a deposit of €41 with neteller on the 27 of july with a bonus for video slots with no max cashout.
after asking the operator i could bet no more then €10 that is 25% of my deposit. by operator Antonio at iNetBet.eu
I only have bet every time €6.25 at purrfect pets and won €1,225.70 in total after met the wagering requirements
I also won several €100 on the game aztec treasures with €5 stakes, i never exceeded the maximum allowed bets.
After i won €1,225.70 i went again to the chatroom with Antonio and he twice confirmed and congratulated me with my winnings.
A day later my winnings were confiscated with no email notification or phone call. no news just the message that i violated their terms on the chatroom that is was manager decision.
I have attached a screenshot of my withdrawal of the 27 july to this post.

I was honnest so was the casino, it took a while but the manager Tom i am very gratefull for his help and also askgamblers is a way to go. my account has also been restored

Its been 3 full weeks + 2 months that passed since the manager Tom promised to payout my 750 euro winnings, because i won in total 1250 euro. They did pay me 500 euro but not my full winnings. They also ignore my emails from the customer support not even one single reply, my account is inaccessible with no further comment on the matter for months now i am unable to login.

I closed my previous complaint post too fast about iNetBet.eu about full payout of my winnings, where iNetBet.eu took advantage of this.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Stalling 5000 euros withdrawal, vague support
It's been a week now since I requested a payout from Inetbet.eu - a site that claims to have same day payouts. I've sent all the documents, like I always do in every casino. I've never had similar delays with any casino, NEVER. I made 3 deposits from my credit card and one smaller one from Skrill. I think I only used bonus code with 1st deposit, but since I busto'ed that and had to redeposit, it shouldn't be an issue. Requested 1st withdrawal on 26th April. For some reason I expected it to arrive same day, like promised on the webpage. But it didn't. Was asked to submit form, which I did promptly. I reversed withdrawals on Saturday and played some more, then hit big. Made 2x2500 eur withdrawals to Skrill on 30th April, and am still expecting them. At the same time I've gambled away 7k that I left on the account, that I didn't withdraw. I guess Inetbet.eu is expecting me to gamble away the last 5k euros, just like shady rican sites do. Whatever BS reason they give, this is the real one. Odds are high that gamblers compulsive nature gets the best of him and that money will be gone. Is this really the nature of this business in 2017? Because this is what Inetbet is doing. Customers trust is foundation of your business. How come you are still in business? This message I got from support 6 days ago: "Your account should be verified now as I can see you have full access to the cashier. Also by looking at your account I can see our account team has received your withdrawal request. We have had many winners over the past 48 hours but we are doing our best to process the withdrawals in a timely manner." I've contacted live support several times. At one point they said payout is done, 12 hours later when I noticed my withdraw was still at "requested" phase (1st phase of withdraw process, means it hasn't been dealt with at all - information from the webpage), another support person told me to contact e-mail support and address it to "accountants". So I've done that and it's silent treatment. I just want my 5k. Obviously Im spoiled by online casinos like Videoslots.com and Playojo, where payouts are instant and even 1st payouts are made within HOURS. Read this - HOURS. Never before have I whined and moaned to support like this. I've been around 10+ years. This online casino hobby of mine has cost me between 300k-400k. I've made many withdrawals, played at many sites, never before has my withdraw been dealt like that. I feel awful for US players if this is the best treatment they get. I didn't enjoy submitting that complaint. It's a drag. I just want my money NOW and be done with it.
