I have been in discussions with Supercasino now since August 28th when I requested withdrawal of £400.
I had previously withdrawn £100 with no trouble but now they keep writing to me saying the image of me holding my driving licence is too blurry.
I have sent again today but I’m not hopeful after reading all the other complaints on this site referring to both Supercasino and their other site Jackpot247.

We have looked into the player's complaint. We can see initially the identification document sent was out of date - we requested a current document. Initially the photographs taken were too blurry for us to accept: they were taken on a computer webcam and we often find webcam images to be too low resolution to be able to clearly read all the information we need to. We are happy to confirm that the latest documents the player sent were acceptable and therefore the player's payment has already been processed.
