Hotstripe Casino - Withdrawal processed, yet never received

On August 18th sent me withdrawal to my Visa card. Still I didn't receive money though other players receive withdrawal from this casino (hotsripe) in 4-7 days.
I have the best bank, with it there are no problems. In support of a casino answered:
Sorry we deal directly with the payment provider
If there was an issue I would get a msg from them. The email me when ever there is an error.
There hasn't been any error with your payment.
I will email them to double check.

One player wrote that to him brought withdrawal to the card of the same bank in 7 days.(17aug cashout- 24 received)
Where money could disappear?My bank very good,I have more than 500 transactions without problems..
Possibly, the casino simply lost my money, but doesn't admit the guilt. I wait money 11 days.
Also the casino ceased to react to my letters.
