Withdrawal stays pending for too long


Hi,
So , i deposited at Play7777 casino because they had a very decent bonus offer (though the WR were quite high). I managed to win a large sum of money with my small deposit so i was really happy. I uploaded my ID card using the casino's upload system and waited to get verified.

This was taking quite some time so i decided to ask live support. After about 5 attempts (Live support is almost never online) I was able to get a hold of a support representitive who asked me to supply proof of adress and a screenshot of my Skrill account. No problem, i did so immidiatly and was told my account was verified. I played a bit more and then proceded to request a withdraw.

Askgamblers lists the pending time for withdraws as 12 hours for this casino, and the withdraw time as 24 hours. It appears this is incorrect, as i have now been waiting for 40 hours (and counting!) When i verified my account with live support i was told a withdraw would take a MAXIMUM of 36 hours. I've tried contacting live support again, but they havent been online in the past 24 hours (trust me , i've checked plenty of times). I also emailed the casino a few hours ago when their stated 36 hours passed and haven't heard back from them yet.

I really hope AskGamblers will be able to help me resolve this problem , because these winnings (close to 1400 euros) are a large sum of money for me which would really help a lot. Looking forward to your reply!

Got an email from Play7777 yesterday saying it would take another day for them to transfer my funds. I was sure this was just another excuse not to pay me, but when i woke up this morning the funds were in my account so I am happy! :) Thanks AskGamblers !

Here's an update:

I contacted support yesterday and they told me the finance department would process my withdraw before 21:00 hours that day.
Today, i looked at my Skrill account and, surprise surprise, no money.
So, i waited half a day until support was back online and managed to talk to Juliana. She told me the provider was 'testing my spin'. She said she'd call them and have it sorted out.

I waited for about 15 minutes and then she got back to me with the results; Everything was fine! All that needs to be done is for the finance department to pay out my funds. She told me she would contact this department straight away and have them book me the money.

I waited a few more minutes before i heard from her again. This time, Juliana from support told me that, unfortunatly, the finance manager had gotten a flu, and had to go home. My withdraw therefore , could not be processed today. She did however promise me, that i will have the money on my Skrill account by 21:00 tomorrow because the manager will be back by then.

So, there will be another update tomorrow :) Hope it works out this time !

Not paying my 5k withdrawal
Hello, Last August I played on Play7777.com and won 4940 euro's. I had won before at the same casino and even though the payments were not the fastest they always paid. But this time it was a month later and they had still not transferred me any money. When confronting their live support they told me that they could not process the withdrawal because the provider I played needed to check my spins and apparently that took over a month. To be honest I felt that was not the case and I e-mailed the provider myself to check. But before I got an answer from them I received this e-mail from Play7777 on September 29th about my pending withdrawal: "Dear, on behalf of our Terms we wanna split the withdraw into 6 pieces with each 823,38 Euro, which will be sent each month (maybe twice a month). First payment will go out until sunday. Best Rgds" But that Sunday or the week after no money was received. I gave them a little extra time even but still nothing. The last e-mail was a reply to the one above why the payment was not send but that was 5 days ago and I still have no answer. I feel that I have tried everything to try and get this sorted with them directly but after two months and a severe lack of communication from their side I'm afraid dealing with them directly will not result to anything. Maybe if Askgamblers could contact this casino they will finally start to fulfill their obligation to send me my withdrawals as they are 2 withdrawals behind on the schedule they proposed themselves.

Delaying my 3500 withdrawal for over a month
On 27 August 2017 I played at this casino and deposited 200 euro with a 100 euro bonus added. I followed the terms and conditions and made sure I did not bet more than 5 euro and 50 cents a bet line. I managed to win 3450 euro after finishing the wagering requirements. I have been verified at this casino for more than a year and already received many large withdrawals. However, this time, I just can’t seem to get paid. I have emailed them and been to chat several times to make an inquiry as of why it is taking so long, but emails go unanswered and in chat I am getting different answers every time. On 5 september I was told that the finance department would be contacted right away and I would receive an answer within 24 hours, but they never got back to me. About a week later, on 13 september I contacted them again by chat and I got the answer that their Game provider, in this case Netent, had to do a ‘test’ on my play and that it was their fault that it was taking so long. I have never heard of this before and have a hard time believing this statement. In the meantime, they have stepped up their promotional emails quite a bit and I am getting worried that they are having liquidity problems, since they are trying to get as much money in as they can without paying customers in a timely manner. It is now a month since I won 3450 euro and I have contacted them by chat today again and they could not give me a withdrawal time frame. Instead, I was told, once again, that I would receive an email, like they promised before, but never actually do. I really want to get paid by now. I hope that Askgamblers can help me to get my withdrawal finally paid, because I am really tired of waiting forever, being ignored and getting different excuses every time.

They stole my winnings of 1474 euro
When I signed up I instantly got the feeling that this casino was a scam casino but after seeing they had OK ratings here at Askggamblers I still decided to give it a try. I should have trusted my gut instinct instead.. I played their welcome bonus and it was going really well. After a while I checked on my WR status and it said I had completed 30% of the WR. So far everything fine and I continued to play some more. The next time I checked it said that I only had cleared 28%. I played some more and kept an eye on the WR movements only to see that it was not moving accordingly to my bets. This is where they started to treat me like garbage. I contacted the support and explained my problem for the girl there. She had no clue of anything and she let me speak to some kind of manager. This guy explained that they have an "dynamic bonus system" that depends on how much you win on every spin. I have NEVER heard anything like this before... Well, he then explained how much I still had to wager and that if I did this the bonus would be cleared. I then proceeded to clear my WR just as he told me but after a while I got logged out from the site and it was impossible to log on again. I contacted the support and they managed to help me get inside after a while. But the girl in the chat told me she was going to report me to the Fraud department because "I COMPLAINED TOO MUCH"!!! I asked what she expected me to do when my bonus wagering is counting BACKWARDS and when I can't log on to the site. LOL... I finally managed to request my withdrawal of around 1600 euro, but a day or so later when I came back to the site I noticed that my money was gone. I contacted the support and she had no clue as always. She promised me to get some information on my e-mail but I did not get that so I returned a couple of days later and started the procedure with the clueless girl again and she then made the same promise. After a while I received an e-mail from the "manager" that said I had violated the bonus terms. I asked if he could specify what I had done but he refused to answer. I have sent more e-mails since then but they have now ignored me for several weeks. I have never received an explanation and all that is left in my account is my original deposit. I will attach a print screen of their so called TnC. I think you will find it hilarious... It is not even written in proper english and it is absolutely impossible to understand what they mean. How can these jokers be allowed to have a license with a ridiculous TnC like this??? INSANE!

Multiple game failures refused to be investigated by the casino and provider
I played months ago at BlueLions. Since the first day there were problems with one game. Unfortunately the game I like the most. Very often winnings were displayed but the winnings weren’t credited to the balance, games didn’t start but the wager was billed or games crashed with different error messages. I have made a lot of screenshots of this issue and I have many emails/chat sessions written by the support, that these problems happened. The first time the support credited back some missing funds, but they couldn’t find out what went wrong and I can understand that they are not responsible for failures of the 3rd party games if this is the case. But they are my only contact to solve this issue. They credited me the missing funds of the winnings in some cases without getting it back from the provider, they told me. The games, that didn’t start or crash, I had to pay on my own. The software provider itself said by information of the support there is no error, but that is not correct. I have hundreds of screenshots with gaming errors etc as I mentioned above. After a longer break I started playing again at BlueLions and at Play7777 (sister casino) thinking the problem is solved, because there was an update. I deposited round about 1000,- Euro but the problems at both casinos were still there. In two weeks winnings and failure games occur again one day very often; the other day nearly without failures. It is not reproducible with a structure. It happens randomly. Many winnings (small and bigger ones) weren’t credited to the balance, spins were billed without a game etc., so every time my balance went down and I never got back the missing funds. I received only a free small bonus which does not fit to the missing funds. All in all the missing funds were much higher as my deposits (>1500,- Euro), which is really frustrating, because it is a loss of my money. After contacting the chat in two cases this week, the support agents could see the missing winnings for the first time, and so they were listed in their logfile. So it is definitely an issue with the software. I have attached this chats in german too. I received those failure games with different computers and different internet connections. Support wanted to contact the software provider again to clarify this with the new information, but a relevant answer from the provider is missing or is not delivered to me, they told me. Every time they say, they will check the issue but a final information they do not give. Now they do not respond anymore. Most of the time their support was very friendly and they tried to help. But actually there is no way to solve this issue. It concerns only the issue with one game and the only thing i want is to get my deposits of the time after the break at both casinos and not my missing winnings (much more) back and then I am fine with this issue. With 1000,- Euro refund i would be fine. The concerening games are Triple Triple chance at bluelions casino and Double Triple Chance at Play7777.com. I have played the same games at different casinos without any error in the past. This happend only at these both sister casinos. Today after a while i deposited 100,- Euro again, and the same errors occur again immediately. Attached you will find a screenshot of a today not given winning. It is only one example for many of this errors this eve. This example of many more happened on 17.11.2106 at 1:17h and i could catch it by screenshot. When you compare it with the spin list of the software provider "edict", you can reproduce this issue. Before the winning, the balance is 38,91 Euro and after the winning it is still 38,91 Euro. No change at all. Although i have won 8,- Euro. This is my first complaint in years of gambling activity and I only want to have a fair solution. If they refund me 1000,- Euro for my deposits to my neteller account, they can close close my accounts and as i wrote i amfine with this solution, although the loss is much more.
