Not paying my 5k withdrawal

Last August I played on Play7777.com and won 4940 euro's. I had won before at the same casino and even though the payments were not the fastest they always paid.
But this time it was a month later and they had still not transferred me any money. When confronting their live support they told me that they could not process the withdrawal because the provider I played needed to check my spins and apparently that took over a month.
To be honest I felt that was not the case and I e-mailed the provider myself to check. But before I got an answer from them I received this e-mail from Play7777 on September 29th about my pending withdrawal:
"Dear,
on behalf of our Terms we wanna split the withdraw into 6 pieces with each 823,38 Euro, which will be sent each month (maybe twice a month).
First payment will go out until sunday.
Best Rgds"
But that Sunday or the week after no money was received. I gave them a little extra time even but still nothing. The last e-mail was a reply to the one above why the payment was not send but that was 5 days ago and I still have no answer.
I feel that I have tried everything to try and get this sorted with them directly but after two months and a severe lack of communication from their side I'm afraid dealing with them directly will not result to anything.
Maybe if Askgamblers could contact this casino they will finally start to fulfill their obligation to send me my withdrawals as they are 2 withdrawals behind on the schedule they proposed themselves.
