I did my withdrawal 03.06.2018 on PlayFrank site, now is 08.06.2018 and my withdrawal is still "Pending Notification", it was first 2 days "Processed", but now its Pending Notification like i said. Everyday im askin them how is my withdrawal going, and i got same answer everyday. They say "Payment team is processing that this very time" And "They are processing it as soon as possible" and some guys on live chat saying that it might be verified today! And they say that everyday! All my documents are verified by casino and some other stuff i dont remember what those are called.
So, my question, is that normal? That it takes almost like over week to process my withdrawal? No other casinosites took so much time. And i have read that i am not the only with this issue.

We've checked your withdraw and it has been processed already on the 8th (08/06/2018 15:04:47).
The overall process took a bit longer than 24 hours due to security checks and the KYC process. It's good to mention that once you're verified, as you are now, the withdrawal process will be shorter and your next withdrawals will be processed after 24 hours.
