I played at Wintingo in October and after requesting a withdrawal I received a letter stating
"I am writing to inform you that due to violation of our bonus terms and conditions we will be refunding you your deposit of €250 and will be closing your WinTingo account.
Please direct any questions or comments you may have to the Isle of Man Gaming commission, details of which can be found on our website www.wintingo.com"
I played in strict accordance with their terms and I am absolutely positive none had been violated. I risked my own funds a lot. They did not have any reasons at all to confiscate my winnings. It seems they are of the kind that keeps deposits when players lose and avoids paying winnings should that be the case.
I wrote an email to them regarding this situation but they chose to ignore it.
I would like to have my winnings paid in full.
