I made a withdrawal on the 17/12/15 and the casino told me that my bank refused to accept the payment. I checked with my bank and no payment was ever attempted. As of today 21/12/15 my withdrawal is still pending. The casino even told me that i could register another card but then i needed to first make a deposit and go through the whole verification process again. They are not being proffessional and I intend to make a lot of noise about this.

today, Christmas my winnings of $700 were paid into my account. So happy news and the casino has come through. I am happy with the result but I could have done without all the fuss. Nonetheless have changed my mind and will play at Mobilbet again maybe I was too impatient. So case closed

I ended registering another card (VISA) since they said my Mastercard was refusing payment. Needless to say I had to make a deposit and go through the verifications process all over. I got an email yesterday to say my withdrawal was on the way. Will update as and when I receive it.
