Closed my gambling account at mobilebet a few years ago permanently with no possibility of re-opening as a result of gambling addiction. But was able to open it again without problems and have lost a lot. But when I have excluded myself and specifically asked to close my account permanently without the possibility of reopening due to gambling addiction, it should not be possible to reopen the account according to the MGA. Have complained to mobilebet, who disclaim all responsibility and believe that they have everything clean. But avoids answering my questions and just sends standard answers without even answering my complaint. Have all of the chat logs etc., so have all of the evidence in my case. But they barely manage to answer something that annoys me. want mobilebet to refund my net loss after I opened an account that should never have been opened. have proof from the chat log where I specifically said I was addicted to gambling and wanted to close my account permanently with no possibility of reopening. hope with this that mobilebet shows that they take responsible gambling seriously and refund the net loss.
