Requested a withdrawal from MobileBet on 27th December 2017. Still waiting for the money. All security documents were sent in and confirmed before requesting withdrawal.

I was then told that the withdrawal has to be made manually by them and therefore I had to send in all the documents again!

Nearly 3 weeks on they’ve just told me they’ve processed my withdrawal but won’t give me a date when it will arrive in my account.

I will update. The amount is for just over £2,000.

Dear MILLSY123,

We have checked this case and your account. I can see that you have chosen to close your account 26th of December and asked for a manual withdrawal of the funds on your account 9th of January via our support. This withdrawal was then processed by our payment team 13th January and you have also been informed by email the same day. Manual withdrawals take between 5-10 bank days so your funds from us will arrive soon to your bank account.
