dear askgamblers, i am seeking your assistance in getting a delayed payout from slots plus casino, a main street group casino. i will also note that i do have a another delayed payout issue with another casino also in the main street group. here's my documentation for my pending payout:

askgamblers, i regularly play at vegascasinonline, another main street casino, and have hit multiple big wins and usually get payouts in a week or so. it is only when i request a payout from a main street group casino other than vegascasinonline that i run into these delays. as an example, a recent payout of mine at vegascasinonline was on may 24, 2017. it was processed in a week more or less and they also furnished me with a copy of the actual check. now that's good service.

as of today, my slots plus casino payout request is one month old and the one at the other main street group casino is older.

askgamblers, i hope that i have painted this picture well and clear both so you can help me and for other players like me who are from the country i am from and hope that the main street group will remain a solid place to play because we don't have that many. thanks ag.

Withdrawal timeframe inaccurate

The website states that processing times could take up to two weeks, but it has been longer and the only answer I ever receive is that I should be patient because they are waiting on their third party payment processor. All verification documents were submitted and I was told that my payout request was approved, but in my account history it still states that my payout status is on request. Also the sticky bonus amount was already approved and taken from my account which I would think should be done after processing entire payout request.

Another slow payout from Slots Plus
I have requested a payout almost a week ago and again they keep telling me they have no clue when my payment will actually be processed. They have confirmed that my account is fully verified (I just did a cash out on December 31st) but my last two withdrawls took a month and the first one took almost 3 months. They advertise a payout speed of 5-7 days. They have never even gotten close to that mark. I am waiting on a $900 cash out via direct deposit. I have already received the email saying my withdrawl is approved and they are waiting on their payment provider to send it, but it always takes at least a month.

Waiting for my payout
I requested my withdraw for $950 over two weeks ago. Everything is verified and has been accepted, when I ask when I'm going to receive my money all they keep saying is that, "it has been sent to our third party payment processor and will be in the next batch." It has been over two weeks now and I keep getting the same generic response. The only other time I have won and requested a payout, it took me 3 months to get my money when their website says you will receive your withdrawl 7-10 days after it's approved. I spoke with Juan from customer support and he said on last Tuesday the 17th of December that they money will for sure be in my account this Tuesday which was the 24th of december and I still haven't received it. I have the chat transcripts from that conversation if you guys need it. I feel like I keep getting the run around again and I am a very good paying customer that makes deposits very often.

Withdrawal is taking too long to process
I claimed a bonus which has a maximum withdrawal of $125 and complete the wagering requirements. But the minimum withdrawal on the cashier is $150 so I contacted support to ask how to withdraw my earning. The agent told me that I need to deposit $25 to withdraw my winnings so I deposited $25 via bitcoin then I requested a withdrawal last Nov 18, 2019 and until now i haven't received it. Please Help.

Wrong information and delayed payment
I originally asked if I need to submit documents in October 26, 2019. The representative didn't answer. I was simply told to submit the withdrawal request. This of course was my mistake, I should have known better. All online casinos require identity verification. After a week I followed up and was told to submit documents. I promptly submitted them.
I then was told it would be 5-7 days. I specifically asked if everything was in order several times. I was told yes. Since then I got a notification that my payment was declined because I didn't remove the bonus funds. No problem but I should have been told when I asked if everything was done properly on my end. They said it was fixed but there was a security issue. I checked with security three times and they said I was fully verified. I keep asking if it will be another 5-7 business days. No one answers me, they simply say they are waiting for confirmation from their payment processor to determine when their payments will be batched. Still no payment. I have screenshots of everything I was told. There is still no resolution or real answers

Have not received funds yet
I submitted a withdrawal for $540.00, it has been 2 weeks and I have not received my payment yet. So I’m hoping if I post here It will possibly speed up the process. I was told that I will receive my payment the next time they do a batch deposit, but I would like to know when that will be? Thank you.

Still waiting on a withdrawal which has been approved 2 weeks ago
Still have not received my withdrawl. It was approved almost 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they are behind on their processing. They have sent me all of the paper work saying that my withdrawl request is approved for $490 and at that time they said 3-5 days I will have my money. Now they keep saying that they are behind and they are trying to get it done asap. I feel like I'm getting thr run around. I have deposited and lost a lot of money on this sit and expect to get paid the one time I won. I will close this complaint when I get my money.

Can’t get paid
I keep asking when I’m going to get paid the 3,800.00 they owe me only to be told it’s with finance and should be soon. I’ve been waiting for over 2 months. They even called me to verify my information a week ago and I asked again when I’m getting paid only to be told soon. Why can’t someone do something about these casinos that take your money in ten seconds or less but take forever to pay when you win.

Unfairly decreased my $2,500 withdrawal to only $500
After depositing and playing with $100 I actually won $2500. I was very happy as I never have any luck with gambling online. I submitted my request for the withdrawal and completed all verifying stages. I was then told I can only withdraw $500 of my winnings as you can only withdraw 5 times the amount of the deposit. I am struggling to accept this as on depositing funds this was not mentioned. Is there a way for this to resolved as it seems grossly unfair.

$2,100 payout not received
After completing the wagering requirements on a match deposit bonus, I submitted a withdrawal request for $2100 on the 12th of April 2018. According to their website, withdrawals take up to 2 weeks to process, it has been longer than that now and I haven't received my withdrawal or any correspondence from Slots Plus. Please resolve this issue
