I registered in the casino Win a Day 2 september from Askgamblers and get 41$ no deposit bonus. At your rewiew says that Players from Belarus accepted.

After I played a bonus in my account was $ 330 and I make a withdraw this balance...

When I wrote an email to a support regarding my withdrawal, I recieve an email back:

''Dear Nastassia,

This is Helen H. Harper from the Billing Department, your inquiry was forwarded to me for review.

Per our Terms and Conditions, players residing in the following countries cannot join Win A Day Casino: CN, CZ, SK, ID, UA, VN, IN, MY, LV, LT, KZ, BY and TR.

For this reason, your account has been suspended and your withdrawal has been voided.

How can you tell when the adopted amendments to the rules of the casino at the locked country, because if my memory serves my country on the list was not at the time of registration ...

Also on the site http://www.slotland.com/terms-and-conditions.html my country is not listed excluded countries!! and as I know the casino and http://www.winadaycasino.com/ http://www.slotland.com are one and the owner of Slotland Entertainment SA!!!!!

My withdrawal has been voided

I make registration before 1 year and i get no deposit bonus i finish wargering and i make winning 98$ then i reguest withdrawal, they wont from me to show documents for veriffy my account but my ID card was broken and they dont accepted, after some time i make new ID card and i send them photo agane then they tell me that my winning has been voided becouse the system has located multiple related accounts registered to claim no deposit bonuses, which is against Terms and Conditions. For this reason, the other accounts were suspended and the withdrawal has been voided. So my username is yulian1989 this is my first account that i make and i get no deposit bonus and i have win 98$ after then my account was pending for withdrawal. Meybe after that have register some accounts from my Pc, my usarname - yulian1989 - (i dont have other registrations before that account )

He give me 7 usd no deposit to wager , i wagered this bonus and i requested 77 usd max bonus withdrawal. They have lied to receive a mail to confirm the identity and yesterday when i tried to login i receive this message : ''This account has been suspended. Win A Day Casino refused to send my legit winning $100.

Last week I had joined to Winaday casino after noticed good reviews from other players.I played with their $63 no deposit bonus and after wagered 20X my winning was $160.So, on same day I had withdrawn $100 which was maximum a player can claim.Well,last Wednesday Helen from billing department asked to send them some personal documents.Promptly I had sent all they requested.But they replied my documents did not pass their security checks!Absurd!! I replied them to ask whats wrong with my docs?Next day they sent a email they have doubt the passport I sent was not mine,so I have to send them a picture holding the passport with my hand.Very funny.So,next day I had sent my picture holding my passport with me. Win A Day Casino rufused to pay winning $50

I have played in Win a day casino last week with a free chip and won $50 for withdrawable.Therefore I had submitted my passport and neteller login page as they requested earlier. Now I received a email told me my passport copy did not pass the security risk checks and I have multiple accounts with them. But I did not create any multiple accounts with them.I just created my account on 28th November 2014 and I am verified with other casino by sending my same passport scan copy from my email without any kind of troubles. I dispute this complain in order to prove I never played there before and my all documents are quite good at all.So they should pay my winning if they pay other players.Could you help me to find out the resolution for this case please?

Refused to pay my winnings of $130

I have claimed 200% 1st deposit bonus after deposited $25 on last Tuesday. I have played several slots and had wagered 11X finished I finally requested a withdrawal $130. On next day they asked my photo identification and neteller login page screen shot. So, I had sent those accordingly on Wednesday but after waited whole day they didn't reply concerning my payments. Today I again contacted with them then they replied :
